Cancellation Policy: Cancel 3 Days prior to arrival, will be charged the first night; No Show 100% charge of entire booking.
- Acancellation or change of reservation without a cancellation fee must be doneat least 3 days before our designated check-in time (14:00 or 2:00 pm) of yourcheck in date.
- For example if your check-in date is on a Friday, you will needto cancel your booking before 14:00 or 2:00 pm on Tuesday.Anycancellation made less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur100% of the room rate for the first night of the booking.
- Anyreservations where a guest doesn’t show will be charged the amount of theentire booking.

Payment Policy
- We accept reservations through our online reservation 24 hours a day.
- We currently only accept Paypal through our online reservation system. We are working to accept direct credit card payments to serve you better. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Note: We are also listed on Agoda.com, Hostelworld.com and Booking.com
- Upon check-in, we are currently only accepting cash payments.
- The reservation is considered complete when you receive the Reservation Confirmation email.
- All fully paid reservations are considered reserved and guaranteed.
Prices and Rates
- Prices will vary depending on availability and seasonality. Entering the dates of stay in the booking engine will give the current and up-to-date pricing of the properties.
- Children will be charged at the normal room rate.
Past Midnight Check-in Policy
- Check-in time: 2:00 pm or after.
- 24 hour check-in refers to our ability to check-in a guest during the day or night.
- Any arrival or check-in past midnight is deemed to be checking in for the incoming night and not the past midnight arrival time and date.
- For example if you arrive past midnight at 0:300 or 3:00 am on a Tuesday, you will be deemed to be checking in for Monday not Tuesday as you will be sleeping the night of the Monday.
- We do our best to accommodate all requests. Guest requests for specific bed assignments (e.g. upper or lower bunk) are subject to availability and circumstances.
Personal Property
- Oh Bangkok Hostel is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage of personal belong during your stay. Please store your belongings in the lockers provided.
Deposits and Charges
- A 200 Baht deposit is required for the use of towels.
- The 200 Baht deposit will be returned back to you upon check out when the towel is returned.
- Lockers are free to use. You may use your own lock if you have one.
- Lock rentals for the lockers are 20 baht per lock.
